Would my customer receive repeated emails when buying daily?
No, Custilo enforces cooldowns automatically: customers will not receive a request for feedback within 30 days after their last feedback request. Fully customizable in the settings.
Is my customers' data safe?
Your data is logically isolated from every other business on Custilo through strict, enforced access controls, so no business can ever see another's data, hosted on EU infrastructure (Ireland).
What languages do we support?
Dutch, French, and English out of the box, more coming soon. A single campaign can send the right language to each customer automatically.
What does it cost?
